CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Cupcake, Heart Cake & Bundt Cake Care

Upon receiving your order, put them in the fridge until you’re ready to indulge. When you are ready to dive in, let them thaw until they reach room temperature unless you enjoy a cold cake. Any leftovers can be kept in the fridge in their closed containers – very important! If instructions are followed properly, they can last up to 3-4 days

Naked Cake Care

Please be advised that your cake will be delivered to you frozen. This is to ensure that the transit process will go a lot smoother. If you are slicing into it 3-4 hours from your delivery or pickup time, you can place the cake in a cool area, away from direct sunlight. This gives it more than enough time to thaw properly. If the cake will not be served within that time frame, place it back into the freezer until about 3-4 hours of serving. If there are leftovers, you can tightly wrap the cake in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer, which can last up to 2 weeks! Repeat the same process as mentioned above before diving in.

Flan Care

Once your order is picked up or delivered, place it back into the fridge ASAP. Do not take it out of the fridge until serving. Flan is meant to be served cold and firm. Leaving it out of the fridge for a long period of time can cause the center to soften very quickly. This delicious custard can last in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Make sure to always keep it in its airtight container to avoid drying out.

Florida weather can be very unpredictable, however we can all agree that it is very hot/humid year round. Care instructions for your sweet treats are extremely important. The ultimate goal is to keep your dessert in perfect condition for as long as you can! DO NOT leave your order in the car no matter what the weather is that day or in a hot setting, especially under direct sunlight. If you do have an outdoor event, I would advise that you place your order under a shaded area. If there is any way to keep your order in the fridge until your event time, that would be best. I would not recommend ordering a flan if it will have to sit out of the fridge for a long period of time.
